Tommorow CAN BE A GOOD DAY!

TOMMOROW CAW Be a Good Day.

Here’s why—and how! You may be suffering under burdens, be physically disabled, or financially wiped out. You may have lost a loved one, or be facing imminent death. Life may be difficult—but you’re alive. Live to the maximum possible for you. Be all that you can be, within your limitations. Life goes on, whether you’ve suffered a terrible loss or endured a horrific surgery or lost a child. Tomorrow is coming and you have to face it, but you don’t have to face it alone. "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; He hears their cry and saves them (Psalm 145:18-19) . You can call on the Lord in truth by admitting your need and your sin, and by placing your trust in Him. He will be faithful to answer your cry and save you.

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (Matthew 11:28-29) . Jesus promises to give you all the rest you need. There is no reason to continue bearing
burdens too heavy for you. He
has promised to lighten your load
if you will come to Him I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in Me will never die (John 11:25, 26) . Jesus conquered death when He arose from the grave after
His crucifixion, and now He invites
you to join Him in that victory by
placing your faith in Him.

That’s
all He asks. No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him (1 Corinthians. 2:9) . Some of God’s promises are so spectacular, so
astonishing, so thrilling, that
images and words fall impossibly

short of conveying their full
import. Paul said, I consider that our recent sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us

(Romans 8:18). God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’

So we say with confidence, the Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
(Heb. 13:5-6) .

If you have been reconciled to God through faith in
His Son, Jesus Christ, then no one and no thing can ever separate
you from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39).

How to live in this knowledge:
1. Start each day with God’s perspective. Take the long view, placing trust and confidence in God, even when your world appears to be falling apart.

2. Look to a better day. According to the Bible, a better day is coming in which storm clouds disappear forever and day never turns to night. Present tragedies may make it seem as if life is over, but it isn’t. Tragedy makes life hard; it does not make it hopeless.

3. Don’t live in the past. When you live in the past, you sacrifice hope. Thousands of hurting people have chosen
to be happy. Choose to make the best of everything. Choose to redeem your present circumstances.

4. Get rid of bitterness. Don’t allow unforgiveness and bitterness to steal your joy of living. Bitterness is an emotional and spiritual poison that eventually kills its victims.

There may be people who have hurt you, but why will you allow them to go on hurting you? Confess your unforgiving and bitter heart to the Lord and let Him soften it, restore you and return your life to you

Why did GOD Kill NABAL?

I came across a Story in the Bible in 1Samuel 25. This story cut my attention and leave me wondering, asking myself a question: WHY DID GOD KILLED NABAL?   I decided to take my time to dig deep into this Amazing Story and it is so Awesome what the HolySpirit reveals to me of this story. It is my Prayer that your life will be Transformed as you read this didactic Discoveries about NABAL, ABIGAIL & DAVID. Amen. Two of the Psalms, the fourteenth and fifty-third, begin with the statement, ``The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.'' When we read these words today, we might picture an atheist-someone who has come to believe, perhaps for philosophical or scientific reasons, in the nonexistence of a Supreme Being. However, we have no evidence that there were any atheists living in the time of David, to whom this psalm is attributed. In those days many people believed in a plethora of deities, but few, as far as we know, imagined that there were none at al

How Do I Love God More Than My Entertainment? (John Piper)

The base meaning of the word entertainment is “to hold.” It’s a term for maintaining interest. To entertain is to capture and hold one’s attention. And we naturally find the passive watching of television more appealing than labor. Entertainment holds us. But the on-demand access we have for a lifetime of captivating entertainment literally at our fingertips also raises really important questions about what is it that most holds my attention. Does God have any chance at competing for my attention with the allure of Hollywood? Thus, this question from a listener named Craig. “Dear Pastor John, hello! I know that I have begged for Christ to receive my heart and life. My repentance is sincere. I have stopped my willful sinning, and I am doing everything I can to live a holy life. My question is about my desire and satisfaction in spiritual discipline and worship. I prefer entertainment to time with God. That’s the honest truth. Time with God feels like labor. Entertainm

The FALL of GEHAZI

THE FALL OF GEHAZI (GREED)  The Devil held a great anniversary, at which his emissaries were convened to report the results of their several missions. "I let loose the wild beasts of the desert," said one, "on a caravan of Christians; and their bones are now bleaching on the sands." "What of that?" said the Devil, "their souls were all saved." "For ten years, I tried to get a single Christian asleep," said a third; "and I succeeded, and left him so." Then the Devil shouted, and the night stars of hell sang for joy.— Martin Luther I believe this is a great strategy of Satan. Not that he can cause committed, mature Christians to step into some great sin. But that he can wear down our resolve to live for Jesus. He can cause us to take our eyes off Jesus and place them on our circumstances and ourselves, so that we will begin to doubt the grace of God and begin to look for our own definition of blessing, and
